Learning & Skills Solutions provide innovative and bespoke training packages to support the needs of employers. We build relationships with employers and encourage the ethos that staff development is an investment by the organisation in its performance and mission accomplishment. We work with employers and are actually co-located across many large regeneration schemes to play a key role to co-design bespoke training plans that make a significant contribution to overcome challenges that employers face through identified skills gaps and shortages. We believe that work placements provide learners with the skills development they require to prepare for employment and wish to expand our employer links to create further opportunities. Learning & Skills Solutions works in partnership with key agencies that share a passion to provide training and development to individuals. It continues to develop its collaboration with the public sector, the voluntary and community sector and with other private companies.
