The Level 2 Award in Introduction to Mental Health Awareness will be available to those of our Traineeship learners that would benefit from doing this course.

• Understand how mental ill-health affects the experience of individuals
• Understand the mental health continuum
• Understand ways to self-manage own wellbeing
